Bringing together Canon’s imaging technologies and information management expertise, CIIS provides consulting, professional services, and solutions in the areas of Business Process Automation, Records Management, and Print Management. The addition of Digital Conversion Services for Healthcare to the company’s portfolio enables healthcare providers to take full advantage of Canon's in-depth knowledge in the fields of imaging technologies and information management.   • Preparation of physical document content to make them “scan-ready” including removal of clips, bindings, etc.
  • Scanning of the prepared charts leveraging Canon imageFORMULA scanners and image capture software technologies
  • Data entry of patient information so that clients can associate the digital record with the patient information
  • Designing an image capture solution that can provide images ready to be integrated with various business systems.

The CIIS team works with each client individually to assess their needs and build a solution that is designed to satisfy the requirements for the specified digital conversion services project.
